SHIPPING PACKING

1. All boxes will be opened to check for missing contents when received from supplier but mint packs still remain sealed.

SHIPPING MODE

1. There are 2 shipping mode (local delivery within Malaysia):

- Express Mail Services (EMS) or Surface Parcel Delivery (POS Malaysia).

• Express Mail Services (EMS) - GD Express (for local delivery) will be used and tracking service will be provided once delivery is pick up. Shipping duration 2-3 working days.
        
• Surface Parcel Delivery - POS Malaysia (for local and International delivery) is cheapest mode but should take consideration on packing conditions, prone to damages. Shipping duration 3-5 working days for within West Malaysia and 10-14 working days for East Malaysia address. For International address it going to takes around 10-20 working days.

2. No responsible of box/item damages incurred during postal delivery, but do feedback to us if this happens!

SHIPPING ARRANGEMENT

1. All parcel will be ready within 24hrs after the confirmation of receiving your payment and arrange the delivery on the NEXT WORKING DAY, otherwise we will inform you if there is any delay.

2. All shipment will be arranged during working days and no shipment arrange in weekends (Saturday and Sunday)!

1. EMS from National Parcel Delivery (POS Malaysia)

• Singapore (RM20.00/ 1st kg)
• Europe/ USA/ Asia/ AnZ ( USD20.00/ 1st kg)
